Please reach out to cynthia.perez@utc.org with questions. Registration rates include access to pre-conference training, education sessions, general sessions, exhibit hall, and all meals and networking events. **Day rates include all events on the day chosen. Day rates are available to Utility companies only. **Exhibitors/Sponsors, please do not submit your registrations through this link. Please wait for instructions to submit your registrations through the exhibitor/sponsor registration portal. *UTC Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing before the cutoff date of 5/23/25 and received by UTC on or before midnight EDT and will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. After the cancellation date, all registrants will be liable for the full registration fee. Written cancellation notices can be emailed to support@utc.org. No verbal cancellations will be accepted; this includes voicemail messages. Substitutions will be accepted without penalty. Registration constitutes permission for UTC to use registrant's image in photographs, video or other medium for marketing, promotional and other business purposes.
