Registration Rates:

Utility Registration Rate - $300 for the 1st member from your organization and $90 for every additional person**
UTC Associate Member Registration Rate: $650
Non-Member Vendor Rate - $895

**Utilities - Once you have completed the registration for your first attendee please email support@utc.org to receive instructions to share with your colleagues to register at the discounted rate of $90.

Speakers:

All speakers will be registered complimentary by UTC staff.

Sponsors & Exhibitors:

Sponsors & Exhibitors may receive complimentary or discounted rates depending on their level of participation.
Before registering through the website please email us by clicking here to confirm any applicable comps or discounts.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received by Monday, September 15, 2026 will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds after September 15, 2026
Substitutions may be made without penalty
Cancellations and Substitutions must be received in writing to support@utc.org
