New generations are entering the workforce and we are all in the presence of change. With this transition, there are more opportunities to create a safe space to provoke these conversations and inspire positive change. As this new workforce enters and the seasoned workforce retires, transfer of knowledge is vital. It is critical that we all collaborate to face these challenges together.

  

DEI has become a household term and raises many questions that may have never been asked before. How can we change the notion that diversity is only about skin color? How do we give the marginalized people in our workforce a platform to speak? Diversity, equity, and inclusion involves each every one of us in one way or another and these conversations cannot occur about us, without us.

 

Join us as we dive into this very necessary conversation about diversity, equity, and inclusion. This panel discussion will include an in-depth conversation about hurdles, shattering glass ceilings, exclusion, defeat and many more hard-hitting topics surrounding the energy and technology industries.

 

As leaders in their fields, these panelists strive to improve DEI and the discussions about it, within these industries.
