Rural Broadband Funding, new technology and FCC regulatory changes are driving an increased focus on pole attachments and the make ready process to facilitate the attachment of broadband equipment to deploy next generations services. One recent pole attachment regulation change allows an attacher to use a single line construction contractor to perform make-ready rearrangements of other attached facilities to achieve proper clearances when attaching. This session goes through the regulation and the associated process flow and timing to be compliant with the regulation.

This is a replay of two previously delivered sessions from the 2020 annual conference. The speakers may be available for questions. Questions may also be addressed in the Networks community.
