Group Discount for Utilities Utility companies with seven or more paying attendees qualify for a discounted rate. Please reach out to support@utc.org or call 202.833.6812 for additional information. ***Vendors/Technology Partners: Members - $1,690 Non-Members - $3,500 ***Exhibitors/Sponsors - your booth and/or sponsorship comes with complimentary and discounted registrations. Those must be processed through the exhibitor registration portal. A link will be provided as soon as the portal is set up and ready to accept registrations. Speakers Information on speaker registrations will be provided with other speaker details. Please reach out to cynthia.perez@utc.org with questions. Registration rates include access to pre-conference training, education sessions, general sessions, exhibit hall, and all meals and networking events. **Day rates include all events on the day chosen. Day rates are available to Utility companies only. *UTC Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing before the cutoff date of 5/11/26 and received by UTC on or before midnight EDT and will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. After the cancellation date, all registrants will be liable for the full registration fee. Written cancellation notices can be emailed to support@utc.org. No verbal cancellations will be accepted; this includes voicemail messages. Substitutions will be accepted without penalty. Registration constitutes permission for UTC to use registrant's image in photographs, video or other medium for marketing, promotional and other business purposes.
