Registration rates include access to pre-conference training, education sessions, general sessions, exhibit hall, and all meals and networking events. **Day rates include all events on the day chosen. Day rates are available to Utility companies only. *UTC Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing before the cutoff date of 5/11/26 and received by UTC on or before midnight EDT and will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. After the cancellation date, all registrants will be liable for the full registration fee. Written cancellation notices can be emailed to support@utc.org. No verbal cancellations will be accepted; this includes voicemail messages. Substitutions will be accepted without penalty. Hotel Information A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at the Hilton Minneapolis. Book early to secure your special rate. All events on Monday will be held at the Hilton which is connected to the convention center via skybridge. Reservation deadline is Monday, May 11. Click here to book your room today.
