VENDORS – Vendors have been invited to display equipment on Monday, April 7, 2014, from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Exhibit covered tables obtained on a first-come first-served basis after 7:00 a.m., Monday, April 7. Setup hours are 7:00-10:00 a.m. Monday. Electricity will be provided for each exhibit table. ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE EXHIBIT SPACE BEFORE 5:30 P.M. MONDAY
RESERVATIONS NEEDED FOR MEAL FUNCTIONS – Please make your meal function reservations on the advance registration form.
ADDITIONAL MEAL TICKETS – Tickets for spouse and/or children are available and may be ordered on your advance registration form.
CLOSED MEETINGS – Those sessions held on Wednesday morning are closed and may be attended by UTC members only.
PDH CREDITS – Tuesday’s session will count for 7.0 Personal Development Hours. Anyone wishing to receive a certificate for these PDH’s may sign up at the Annual Meeting.
